Well i was wondering if you can help me. My boyfriend had a very strange dream about well both of us. In the dream, we were both captured by a gang and tied up in 2 separate chairs away from each others. He tried to untie himself from the chair but it was too tight. In that moment, he notices a knife on the floor so he takes it and somehow cuts the ropes and is now free he fights off too members of the gang and kills them. But when he comes to save me he sees a large number of the gang standing ready to fight him off. Then suddenly his friend who is in the army enters and seeing my bf in this situation he picks up his gun and began shooting the large number of the gang members. On the sound of the gun, people come to the site and to help my bf out. Being outnumbered, the gang began running away but my bf caught the leaders. The leaders are a guy and a girl he ties them up and begins questioning them about the keys’ place so he could save me and he begins threatening the leaders that he would kill them. On that point of the dream he wakes up so what does this dream mean?

In this dream, the gang represents people who want you to have a relationship that is more like everyone else’s. They gang up on you so that you will cave in and become like everyone else. You are your bf have something very special that is actually worth fighting for, but the reason he has to fight is that both of you are still not so confident in the way your relationship works. What you need to do is to sit down with each other and talk about and validate what works really well in your relationship. When you figure that out and keep practicing it, you will have something extremely special. Then instead of fighting off others others will start to learn from you.

What this dream means is that you wake up what is happening with your relationship only when it is under some kind of threat like what would happen if his ex were to come back in the scene. So instead of waiting around to wake up about the relationship and feel threatened, you should do your active best to make the relationship better. You can do this by finding positives in him and being a good listener and supporting him as well as having boundaries about those things that you can live with.

Hi Richard, My name is Bliss. I had a dream about a talking hedgehog, and i wanted him so bad but both my boyfriend and my mother would not let me take him. but i fell in love with him and he was saying to me that he wanted me to be his owner, and telling me he loved me, he begged me not to leave him. it was the strangest thing. I don’t know what it’s about but it is enough to bother me for the last couple days and seek advice. please help. thank you.

Hi Bliss.
When you get an animal in the dream, what you have to do is analyze the distinguishing characteristics of the animal and then humanize them into positive qualities because it is the qualities of the hedgehog that are calling to you. This is the first time that anyone has ever sent me a dream with a hedgehog in it. What I get from the hedgehog in relation to your mother and boyfriend is that it can set boundaries because of its spines. Okay so to make it short I went on a boat with my mom and dad (I have two siblings but they were not there) and my cousin, we got split up on two different boats (my mom and dad one and me and my cousin on the other, (also it was a underwater boat tour) when me and my cousin came up from underwater my mom and dads boat never came up, and the boat got hijacked by a Man, then as I was running to get off the boat he grabbed me and trying pulling me back on the boat, at that point I had woken up.
Dream 2
In this dream there was a scarecrow, it looked like someone in a scarecrow costume but it looked like a cute scarecrow like it had a smiley face, while me and my friend were walking around town this Scarecrow started following us and taking pictures of us but as soon as I turned around the scarecrow dropped to the ground like it was dead and wasn’t taking pictures of us, and that’s were my dream ended.

Madison, in the first dream you are in a boat going underwater. This means you are trying to get to some deeper truths or deeper meaning in your life. Your mom and dad are two because of their difference in age with you and your cousin what they need to find out is a bit different than you. That is why you are separated. The boat getting hijacked is a symbol of the how your quest for going deeper gets hijacked. There are a lot of ways that going for depth gets hijacked but the main one is the way the modern day culture just wants you to stay on the surface, superficial. It forces you with all kinds of bombardment daily about superficial things and then pretends like the superficial is so meaningful. Going deep means getting to deeper truths like profound things. Turn off the TV and stay out of the addictive social media.

A scarecrow is something that is not real but looks frightening to the birds so that they will stay away. A scarecrow in real life is something that is not real but is meant to scare you to keep you away. The news media is a good example. They only tell you stories of the bad things that are happening in other countries so it makes you afraid to go visit them. A scarecrow following you is what happens in your mind. The fearful stories follow you so you keep them with you and then seem so alive and real, but really they have very little reality.
Turning around means that you see if the scarecrow is real or not. As soon as you try to see if it is real, then it shows that it isn’t. In the first dream you are going for deeper truth. In this dream you must question the superficial scare tactics around you because they are so not true.
I continue to have this dream of me walking through a field of flowers im with someone i seem to know the person but when i go to look over at the person he or she vanishes my mother died when i was a baby could it be her please help me i am in desperate need of answers

Hello! I dreamt my brother had a baby and me and my mom was taking care of it. I am tennyears older than my brother and he is 19 we both do not have any children and we are the only children my mother has. In the dream he was nonchalant about the baby which he is very nonchalant in real life as well.

Hi Jessica, in the dream your brother having a baby means that he has something new that has developed inside of him, but he is not taking responsibility to care for it. He is giving it your mom because it is an easy way out for him. He doesn’t know how to take responsibility for his own life which is going to be devastating to his life and a drain on the family.
You can do two things. First is that you absolutely cannot under any circumstances try to rescue him or take care of him because doing so will only make him more handicapped in life. Second you can ask him what new things are developing inside of him that are exciting. The non-chalant attitude is not his true self, but a protective state that his ego puts up so that it looks as if he doesn’t care. He really does care a lot deep down inside, but he is fearful of showing it. A lot of young men in the current culture are fearful of being excited about anything because the culture is largely controlled by those who are pretty weak-willed. They appear to be “cool”, but have no will at all. You can help your brother to get really excited about life.
So I had a very weird dream and it’s making all sorts of crazy thoughts in my head. My grandfather passed away almost two months ago and he never got to meet my daughter cuz he lived in another country so I don’t know if Thai has anything to do with it. But I dreamt that he tries to kill my daughter twice and he didn’t success but why would he do that in my dream and what does it mean?

Trying to kill someone in a dream means trying to kill the relationship with that person. In the dream your grandfather was trying to kill the relationship with his granddaughter. Since he is no longer alive, this is what it means to you. There is a part of you, an inherited part from your grandfather, that is supposed to nurture and support the relationships with others especially children in the family, but he was incapable of it. You have the dream because you have to develop that aspect in yourself. The family’s energy was never good at that kind of thing. If your grandfather would have been good at it, he probably would have seen your daughter in real life.
If you find yourself frustrated or having difficulties with being loving and nurturing, then you can patiently begin to develop that quality in you. You will probably need help from outside sources.
I had a dream that I saw a man his eyes were so scary, black. a person who I never saw told me this man is a demon and works for?

Hi Casey, You get a dream like this when you are not good at seeing the dark side of people. The only reason you need to be able to do this is because you need to realize that people can act either from their true self which based on positive qualities and actions or their ego which is based on selfishness. When a person is working for the devil in a dream, it means they are working for their own selfish desires and not positive ones. It is important to understand when this happening so you are not sucked in for instance, by people who have a lot of charm, but really are selfish.

My dream begins with me showing up to a royal party late and someone told my mom. She looks at me with hate in her eyes so I run up the stairs but get cornered on the balcony. She is standing at the top of the stairs. I jumped off the balcony and to the one next to it. My fingers slipped so I fell to the floor. She shaped out of her tantrum and realised I wus hurt. She carried me to the doctors but got rejected. She sat me up right on a bench. A friend ran in

The problem in the dream is that the royal party and your mother’s reaction means that the party is about your mother and how people will think of her and not about you. She has a hard time caring about what is really important to you because she is thinking of the positive comments she will get when you behave how she wants you to behave. You don’t want to have any part of it, which is a good thing, but you don’t know quite how to deal with your mother. When you are seriously hurt by running away, she comes to her senses and begins to help you. Then you find what you really want which is a positive and loving relationship.
In real life the way you can get this play out is to let go of your mom’s concern about what others are going to think and their reaction to you, that is, be detached from it rather than angry and fighting with her. Then you don’t have to attend to her desires but can go for your own loving relationships.
In this particular dream during a deep sleep nap, driving and come across something in road. Had a friend with me as well. Get to it and it’s a huge python. He comes after us and I used a stick to pick it up and I went to drop it off the side of the road (the road was up high with a nice drop off on the side, )when I walked to the side of the rd, there was a dinosour sized giraffe. I woke up. Super confused and usually I forget my dreams but this one is sticking with me for some reason .

Hi Laura, Probably you don’t see the connection between the python and the giraffe so I will tell you how they relate. First of all driving in a dream means trying to get to where you want to go in your life. So in the process of trying to get to where you want to go, a python is in the rode coming after you. Pythons are constrictors, the biggest one, so what this dream says is that when a force like work or relationships are going to be hugely constricting, you can find a way to let them to the side of the rode. This means that you are capable of not allowing things to constrict you. The dream wants you to know that because when you are capable of not being constricted, then you run into a big giraffe. Big giraffes have big long necks. Yours is even longer. A big long neck means can stick your neck out to get to what you are reaching for. This means that to motivate yourself you have to set a goal really high like the way a giraffe reaches for leaves in the highest trees. This giraffe reaches higher. When you reach high, you will be motivated and then you will get energized to get where you are going. Think big, high!!! Don’t allow yourself to be constricted. Those are the messages.

The thing that a child needs the most is a lot of play and a lot of nurturing and encouragement. Taking care of your child means being able to nurture your young qualities like curiosity and playfulness.
I saw my truck renovated and the cap painted white while the tank was painted colour purple and black, but complaining that that’s not the colour I chose.

In this dream it is like what makes the truck go forward has been renovated, but how the truck looks (how it is going to appear to others) is not to your liking. The dream obviously wants you to focus on how you are going to get to where you want to go in your workplace (symbol of a truck) and not how you appear to others. What is important is that you have a good internal engine that gets work done well and not what others are going to think about you. If you focus on the colour, then whatever advancing you get because of looking good to others will be very short-lived. When you focus on how it rides, then you will have a great long-term success.

I had a dream last night whilst sleeping in bed with my girlfriend, the first thing I recall was me emerging out of a body of water after nearly drowning. I was then wandering around hallways and parts of an aquarium type place, when I came to a one way corridor that went forwards to the right and right again, I followed the corridor around the two right hand bends, when I get to a set off double doors I hear a screaming from a blonde woman whom I’ve never seen before I hear gun shots from automatic rifles, I run back past these two corners and before the set of double doors I see a little side cut out no more than two meters longs and I get into the brace position, almost, whilst on my knees, the guns shots get closer. The gunman are just about to walk past me through the double doors when the girl gets caught and shot in the head. Moments later I had 2 shots fired into my back, I felt the first two and then four more holes were shot through my body, I LITERALLY hand on heart felt what it was like for my soul to leave my body. If you could enlighten me that would be brilliant 😀

Dear Connor, The metaphor of the dream is that you are drowning in your relationship because of the fear of being put down all the time. Being shot means being shot down like really criticized or put down a lot. Shot in the back means that someone put you down behind your back. This is what kills your relationships, that fear because it makes you run and hide which does no good anyway. This is because you have had that experience in your life probably often. The big solution is to see the positive in yourself and others and then say the positive others as well as yourself. This is how you uplift yourself and find yourself in a really good swimming pool with the person you love. It takes a lot of self discipline at first, but when you do the exercise of only mentioning the positive then everything works out well for you. Believe me, this process really works. There is a lot of scientific research to back this up, but most people feel compelled to criticize and put others down because it gives them temporary power even while it is ruining the relationship.
Ok so i have these nightmares every night.
Usually it starts out happy then i do something bad or the dream just changes. My most recent dream is this.
Im admitted to a lunatic asylum and theres a cruel doctor. This isnt the first dream i had of living in an institution by the way. The most disturbing part was when i was sent he threw me in a room where 3 dead bodies lie next to eachother on a bed there bloody and there face rotted out and im trapped in there with them alone and im scared. I started to tell the staff i didnt dl anything they have the wromg guy. I remember at one point where he kept sficking me with a needle. And the creepy doctor guy locks me in a cage . They didnt want to hear me out no matter how i pleaded. Eventually i start figuring out how to escape like in all my nightmares. I run down a familiar doorway every single time , (one time i didnt escape and just sat down defeated,)being chased by the doctor and the police and when i get outside i just know hes gonna catch me and he keeps bringing me back in kicking and screaming. I scaped like 2 times more and same results . I get agressive towards the staff , punching kickimg or even badly hurting one, desperate for someone to hear me out or desperate to escape or escape danger. Id usually wake up and fall right back into it like 2 or 3 times through the night. And through every nightmare i have i find this girl and i fall in love while im trying to escape. (Just like last night as well) And i feel this weird connection theres no sex just love. And i allways find myself looking for her cos she dissapears randomly. In most of my nightmares there so bad i wanna wake up but when theyre bad i domt only when somethinv good happens i wake up i fond it strange. I was an orphan in real life but i dont dream too much about actually being in the orphanage in cleveland. My dreams are allways bloody and violent and disturbing. And im not a violent person much and the dreams make me not want to sleep sometimes. I looked online and everything ive tried to remedy the nightmares womt work? Dear Corey,
I am going to give you a long explanation and then a short remedy. The goal is not really to get rid of the nightmares although that would be extremely beneficial for you. The goal is develop something inside of you that is the exact opposite of the nightmare. The nightmares are kind of like representations symbolically of what happens in your life when your ego or fear side is in control. It only does this for you because it is persistent that you develop the other opposite energy that the dream is calling for. When you are in a nightmare scenario, which you are, it means that the part of you that needs developing is at the beginning stage. As you progress, the negative will get less and the positive will get stronger. It probably won’t all go away suddenly, but it will become much more positive if you can do the work. The quality or aspect of yourself that you need to develop is represented in the girl. It doesn’t mean that you need to be a physical girl. It means that you need to develop the part of you that she represents. What does she represent? What she represents is love or your ability to love and be loved and be in a loving relationship with one or with lots of others. In the asylum you are assumed to be mentally disturbed and need to be controlled and locked up. This is the great fear you have in a metaphoric sense so your pattern is to try to run away and get away, but it doesn’t usually work. You get pulled back in. This no doubt has a lot to do with how you feel about being unloved from your experience of being an orphan. It is probably a pretty strong belief in you. So the belief that is calling you is that you have a lot of love inside of you. The proof is the girl in the dream. She comes and goes because you don’t know how to get to the love inside of you. Knowing that that is what is really where your life is going now should begin to help you. It isn’t that you are moving away from the asylum. It is that you are moving toward the love represented in the girl because when the girl is present everything changes. So you need to know that you have a lot of love in you. That is the journey you are on. Whatever help you can get from people who know how to help in these matters would be amazing for you.
I had a dream of 4 Afghan hounds walking to me and staying with me while I was in a distressful situation ( motor bike wouldn’t start and had to get someone some where ) then I was sitting behind a store waiting for someone to come and all 4 dogs stayed with me as if they were always mine protecting until help arrived .. In a full truck as if some one was moving ,,

The motor bike represents your breaking down in your life to getting to where you want to go. Motor bikes have a bit of feeling of freedom attached to them as opposed to cars. So it is like your free feeling of getting to where you want to go is broken down. Who comes to you are 4 Afghans. When dogs come into a dream, they represent supportive and loyal friendship which is exactly what you need when you are in broken down. You can be friendly to yourself or get support from others and then you will soon be on your way again.
Hi my name is JC and I would like for you to interpret my dream: I always dream that I’m living in a different home mostly every night. The house always look like it need remodeling, cleaning pand some new furniture. I always feels alone like I have no one (family or any real friends) but there are people around me. Sometime, I’m scared of living there and scared of being robbed and sometime I do get robbed. I feel like don’t belong living there. It feel like I’m only there temporarily. Its like I’m constantly running away from something or looking for something.

Dear JC, A home in a dream represents your self so when you are going to different homes each night, it is like wherever you go, you have to be someone else other than yourself. This is a type of coping mechanism that your ego does, but when it does this, you get robbed of being your true self because it isn’t really you. To solve the dream the place you need to start is to list some of the really positive things that you can think of about yourself. Then you can begin living out of those positive qualities all the time. Gradually you will add more. It will be like moving into a comfortable house that belongs to you and then gradually adding on new rooms and making improvements. When you do this, lots of positives will come your way.

This was about 3 months back, I dreamed that I came into a bit of money from a job that involved myself and a couple of friends. The figure was $30,000 exactly. I don’t really remember what happened but I remember after we had earned the money, we were all swimming in the ocean, in view of each other but not close together. I think I woke up then because I can’t remember what happened next.
The bizzare thing is, my partner (who is pregnant with our child) also had a dream about swimming and money at the same time as me. This time it involved me swimming in a pool, I got out of the pool, grabbed my stuff and walked off but what falls out of my pocket is a big stack of cash. Little kids quickly see this, grab it and run off. We chased them but they were too fast.
I don’t know what our dreams meant, but is there a possibility that they were linked together due to the timing and the similarities involving swimming and money?

In the dream world the connection between people is much stronger than it is in the material world hear. It is not that it is impossible in the material world, but when you consider that there is nothing material in the dream world or other spiritual worlds, the things that usually keep us apart are not there. Usually people fight about material things like money or sex and then they are driven apart from each other. When you don’t have material things like in the dream world or spiritual worlds, then you are able to put differences aside and unite even as if you are one soul in two different bodies. This is why you are having the same dream to show you that you are really intimately connected and should stay that way permanently.
Money in the dream world is symbolic for friendship or connection when it is positive money. When you come into money, it means that your ability to connect with others and make friends is multiplying. The ocean symbolizes your relationship with the great unknowns like the spiritual worlds. When you are in the ocean in a dream and it is positive it means that you are acting on the basis of positive energies like virtues rather than from your ego which is selfish. That is exactly the state you have to be in if you are going to be a father because being a parent requires, above all a lot of self-sacrifice.
Your partner’s dream is a little bit different even though it involves money. Water in a pool is more about personal relationships. She is worried that your relationships will lead to you losing your money by older people acting like children who are good at taking things away from you. All this to say that as you become more connected with people you also need to be wise about who you deal with.
I also had another dream before that…I just saw a guy hung himself. Thats all I remember. Mind u a lil over a year ago I found my fionce in his backyard and he hung himself on his patio so I dont know if it relates to that

In this dream you are remembering what happened and that is haunting your current actions. When you try to go forward in new relationships or with a new life, the memory of the hanging will haunt you until you are able to let it go. One of the ways you can let it go is to really begin searching your heart for the kind of life you want to live and then take solid steps toward that. It is what I was explaining in the other dream.
