I had a dream last night, that my fiancé brought another female in my house he was cheating on me with and my brother who is deceased came in my house and gave me a hug.
Hi Rachel,
The difference between now and then is that in the past there would have been a lot of emotional carnage in your surroundings especially in the family. Now that you are calmer it means that you have done a lot of healing work around the issues that caused the emotional turmoil. Now the work is exactly the opposite in a positive direction. You have a certain amount of peacefulness so now the work is really giving life to people’s lives by finding their positive potentialities and helping them to bring them into actuality. On a grander scale it is why peace is so important in the world. When there is so much war, people have to hide away or just be involved in rescuing. In peace people can seriously develop. That is why it is so vital for people to learn how to have unity and cooperation with each other and get out of conflict.

I dreamed many years ago of this image and it still comes to mind often.
In the dream I was on the bank of a river in the city where I grew up as a child. It happens to be the river where there is a bridge called Peace Bridge between Canada and US. So there has been some sort of crisis and we are in a state of emergency and there are a lot of causalities and deaths. I am standing on the bank of the shore and am pulling dead bodies, or dying, out of the river and trying to revive them if possible and if not just reaching in and getting more. There are hundreds. I am with a group of people who are all rescuers of some sort and we are on this rescue mission to help as many people as possible.
When I dreamed this dream there was actually a lot of crisis in my day-to-day life but currently a lot of that has passed and things are calmer now. Do you think there is still a message for me in the dream in that it comes to mind often?

Having a headache all day means that what you are trying to do is to become more conscious and more detached so that you can see what is going on in your life in a negative way so that you can see yourself out in the future in a more positive manner.

I think I made a small error, but it may not change the interpretation of what you said about my dream. I just want to add in case I used this in the wrong word the gentle that was in the car with mom could barely be seen except for small figments of his clothes and skin. Plus I didn’t become consciously aware where I could move and function like in real life until after the car was approach the curve then I watched it tipped over. Astral form, but with conscious mind if makes any sense. Lucid was not the right word at all for what I was try to describe. I hope this is right. My head stayed hurting all day after that dream.

The dream is telling you basically that the problems that you have in your life right now are the result of being led or driven by your mother in her relationship to men. Her life is basically out of control when she is in relationship because she is only probably thinking of herself and not you. Then when she is in this state she gets out of control and bad things happen.
When you can step out of yourself like a lucid dream only in real life, and see what is going on you can be conscious of the fact that your mom is not being her true self when she is in relationship with those guys. Then you have understand that if you want be in control of your own life and be the person you are meant to be, you are going to have let go of the way she controls or drives you.
You can love your mother and be in a relationship with her, but you have to realize that she is not going to be there for you. It is just about her. You cannot expect anything from her or you will just be really unhappy. You can become your true self like a brilliant person full of positive light, when you separate from her and go for the light within you on your own.
It is a journey that can only happen when you are detached from her. You must have a brilliant mind that is wanting to do something good.
If you have not done a lot of change work inside of yourself, what I am saying may sound a bit new to you. Feel free to ask more questions.

Dear Richard,
I normally have strong dreams most times I don’t understand them. Most times I wake up feeling physical symptoms like my heart racing ,headaches, and other things. Today I had a dream that my mom was driving a car that had me and my two sisters in the car along with guy in the front. I am conflicted because I woke up with a strange feeling besides being nervous and had a bad headache. Plus older man by 20 years than my mom that we know who loves my mom and is like part of our family is there in the dream then it’s this another guy who I can barely see anything about him except his skin and clothes slightly. Anyway, we just get the car back and we are revisiting a area that roads look similar to a highway area with construction going on. I don’t know what the roads in the area look like before since it been that we came this, but i know from a strong it was nothing like before. The next thing I know I’m stand with a big white shirt on highway road that curves and it’s above the ground. The road is protected on the outer part with brick broader where as the inner part which is closer to the actual curve has not broader. I watch this bronze or gold card that is a old model which looks similar to a Oldsmobile car turn while the car is turning at this particular part instead drifting towards the side with the broader the car goes more and more to the side with not broader. The car flips down at the curve in a part that looked like a parking lot. I tried to say something as the car was turn but I was a distance from the because I watched as it turn. During this part in the dream I was Conscious and can move around where I was barely lucid and see parts some parts as if i was having a dream inside a dream. Anyhow, I run to the spot where the car fell and in some way I’m down below with the car. I start looking in the car to see who was alive or hurt I don’t see my mom or my youngest sister or the guy that was in the passenger side, but I see me and my younger sister who is the second oldest and in the oldest of us three. So I see me and her laid out a little distance from the car and my moms, youngest sister and the guy are okay. I see them moving around originally we were still in the upside car at first, but all I can remember is them doing a lot of movement, so I think they may have pull us out. II want say in the middle of this my sister who was in the car with me appeared along side as me like in a astral form, she had on regular clothes. After that it was like we appeared in a store in this store in astral form following my mom and seeing people do regular things like shop, talk, joking and more. My mom I don’t think was aware of us, but after sometime of following her end up being in a slightly different spot in the store. We start walking towards a light. The light lead to this room where to guys where talking. The two guys appeared to be brilliant specialist, one was old the other was younger. Well we talk to the younger guy for a small moment, but he then got stop talking to us and started back talking naturally to the older guy as if he never stop. We listen and looked in our astral forms. Just as they where getting ready to turn the light out, a voice called out saying are u ready or are there u are? I don’t know who the voice was speaking to. I just know it was a bright light. At this point I woke up with headache and a feeling I could not describe. Sorry if there were any errors since I’m doing this on my iphone. Can u tell me what this dream means?

Brandon, That is an awesome technical tip about the control F. Thanks. And thank you for the compliment about the dream work. I do work with people more intensively for a charge so you may want to consider it at some point, if you have the resources. A lot of people just don’t have a lot of resources, but they have questions like yourself about their dream process.
So I think probably what may be helpful for you at this point is to first ask yourself who “they” are that are coming to get you. That would be an awesome realization for you. If you let me know who “They” are, I can help you through that, also.
Secondly I would start something, if you don’t already do it, in your waking life that is aerobic, but not stationary like in a gym. You could do running, speed walking, biking, swimming, roller-blading, for instance.
I just wanted to say thank you for your quick response. I can’t believe someone of your caliber takes the time to answer questions like these. I really loved your input on my continuous sleep paralysis. I’ve tried your suggestions, and it has contributed somewhat but only really helped me calm down when feeling the paralysis take over and understanding what’s happening. I feel like I’m too aware of what’s going on and though, thinking of a positive place has made me feel better, I still find myself panicking and pushing the limits to awaken. Even if I think of the happiest place my mind can construct, I still feel like I’m brainstorming just as if I were awake, and somebody was coming to get me. It’s almost as if “they” know what I’m trying to do, and I don’t understand how to better explain it. Another thing I’ve found very odd about these occurrences, it happens a lot more if I’m laying flat on my back. I really appreciate your input, and I’m so grateful someone like you is out there willing to try and help people through whatever they’re dealing with—free of charge, I might add. You’re a genuinely good guy.

Hi, The key to this dream is the sand. What sand means inside a building is that you do not have a firm footing to stand on. Sand is not solid. It is porous. This means you cannot have solid real thoughts or actions in some circumstances. When you are in this state you start conjuring up fears that are illusion-based like seeing ghosts and then you go backwards in your life.
The metaphoric shift is from something like sand to a material that is firmer like cement. Cement means you have solid ground or a solid foundation for your thinking and then you can move forward in a positive way.
In real life you can make sure that whatever you decide or are thinking about is based upon solid facts and good research rather than on someone else’s flimsy thoughts.
Hi cant really spend the time depicting my dream last night in much detail. I dreamt of sand. It was dark in the dream, I was moving between houses and its night in my dream. It was hard to reach home after being with a few friends or people as i felt spiritually disturbed before reaching home and freaked like something was stopping or trying to harm me, so i run backwards to where i last was with those people and telling of a ghost haunting. But when i do go back home whichever the home maybe as there are a few places, there’s a pile of sand. It was night in my dream. There were also people hanging outside my house porch towards the end like friends and just chilling without feeling eerie about anything.

The virtue that the dream is portraying is helpfulness. Helping your neighbor is one of the most positive and beneficial things that you can ever do as a human being. It is pretty incredible stuff.
This is for Siobhan’s dream,
A hawk symbolizes your ability to see possibilities freely and then to pounce on the opportunities. This is because a hawk flies high in the sky and has pinpoint vision. When it sees what it is after, it dives at tremendous speeds to get what it is after.
Being bit on the hand by a hawk means that you have experienced trying to go after positive possibilities, but it hasn’t worked out well.
When you are bitten on the hand, it means that you didn’t have the abilities or skills to achieve the vision. So if you go back to situations where a vision didn’t work out so well, you can just begin to work on the skills needed to be successful and then things will work out. Skills are extremely important because they make results work out really well.

Dear Richard, I had a very confusing dream in which a black hawk-like bird but me on the hand. The bit was very vicious with the birds jaws locked into my hand tightly. I tried to shake the bird off but it wouldn’t budge leading me to forcefully grab it to pull if off which in turn kills it. There is no blood on my hand or a mark but what does the bite and my killing of the bird symbolise? I am a Taurus. Thank you, siobhan
hi am and i had this weird dream this very night
Ok it starts when im in a family reunion and all my family including cousins,uncles,aunts,elderly were in green t shirts. my aunt comes out of no were and turns evbody into kitchen supplies. Then she starts to talk to a weird guy with a tuxido in a classic hollywood accent. Then the scen changes n im at my grandma mansion. she had a party and everyone was there,my school freinds my church freinds and some people that dont even knw my grandma were there that i know of. I stood next to my best freind n we started talkin until alot of guys come to say hi to her and i was just invisible to them. Plus i know these guys. Then my crush come kissed her on the cheak and started holding her on the waist. I wasint even jelouse, instead i wanted to be like her. No one in the party ate anything at the buffet except me. No one even dare to stand close to the food except me i took everything. I went to my room were my freinds were at(which was the maids room that was across the house despite the fact that there were many rooms at her house and she picked this one for me.) they all stared at me eat. Finnally after few minutes people started eating. But they were only eating one type of food which was vegetable and meat in a stick. I went to see the label to see what its called and it had my name on it. I just took one and went to sit at a table which had my crush,my bestfreind and a girl that went to my school. My crush aked my freind if they could do something with food i forgot what it was. she said no Then he asked me and i excepted. We left then his stupid freind wanted to join us. My crush told me i looked pretty i smilled. When we got there everything vanished. The people the party my crush and the other guy. It was dark i got scared so i run to my room. The door was locked i kept knocking it. It felt like knockin on a wall. i looked at the key hole to see whowas in there. It was me, standing and looking at myself in the eye and smiling plus i was bold. I told her to open the door but she kept smiling and laughing. I bevgged her she wouldint listen. Then the scean changed back to the reinion in green. It was a few minutes before my aunt changed as to kitchen supplies. Then i saw her come out the dish washer slowly smiling. I knew what she was going to do so i woke up.

Claire, the bruising on the left side has to do with feeling hurt inside, injured, for how you have been compared probably to your sister. What you have to do is to find a way to let of feeling hurt when you are compared. This then will open another world which is the world of creativity and true beauty. You will start seeing beauty everywhere in all things.
It is often not that easy to let go of the hurt, but when you do, it is like magic in your life.

Barney, in the dream world the symbol of dog when it is positive is friendship and loyalty because that is how dogs are to us. Those are their main qualities. When you are your dog in your dream it is trying to show you how to be friendly to yourself in a positive way. Being friendly to yourself allows you to be relaxed with who you are and move and relate in a relaxed manner in the world. This allows you to achieve so much more.
The problem in the dream is that you don’t seem to be able to move and that would be because you are not used to being in the state of friendliness to yourself. It is a very relaxed place. Your dog comes up to you because they act in a more intuitive way based upon energy. It is like the dog is connected to an energy that connects with you which knows that you need those qualities in your life right now. It is pretty awesome. It also lets you know that there is energy that is unseen that connects all living things.
