  1. Dream #1: going down a water slide with waterfalls on tube. Every time I hit a waterfall I stop look back and call for my husband he does not answer so I move forward. I get off ride and look around he is no where to be found I ask others there they don’t know. In neighborhood new person shows up talking to others like been there forever.

Dream #2: the neighbor across the street is playing with my child who is happy and I am happy and feel comfortable.

Dream #3: as soon as I shut my eyes image of cop car and one cop pulling up to my house all I think is oh no why happened.

Dream #4: same night as #3. I am standing under a stairwell the kid with holes metal talking to someone about how I am sick of my mom and I am looking around watching for her as I know he was following me. I keep looking up to make sure she don’t hear me talking bad about her. He shows up and convo ends (never ears convo in dream or can’t remember) we act like nothing is wrong.

    • This is for Lynn’s Dream,
The purpose of these dreams is to show you that when you are doing something new or going for new friends or new projects the best frame of mind is to be as if you are a play like sliding on a waterslide. Then it will be like you have known new acquaintances for a long time like you are already best friends.
What keeps you from living life this way is that you believe it is illegal like the cops are going to get you, which is something that you learned as a result of experiences from your mother. You have to let go of the experiences with your mother and live life more like play.

  2. I dreamt I was with some people I really didn’t know.Someone was at the door so I opened it. A loud angry obnoxious man said to me, “I’m tired of living in your garage”! Being surprised to see this unknown man, I was frightened. So, I said okay, and closed the door quickly. I rushed back to the people in the house and told them about everything. Then I turned my attention to one person (who then seem to be familiar) and said, “I dreamt about this happening, the same man saying to me, I’m tired of living in you garage”! I continue on to say, God showed me this in a dream. Apparently I must have called the authorities (police). While we waited, we can hear the man trying to get in. I asked an heavy set man to put his weight against the door (This door was to another where we all stayed.), he did. I believe there were two pregnant women in the room. The authorities came and the angry man didn’t get a chance to get in.Boy, was I relieved!

    • This is a reply to Linda’s dream,
The angry loud obnoxious man is a symbol of who is living in your memory inside of your head. What you are trying to do in the dream is actually relate to others in a positive way by getting closer to them, but you can’t do that because you are always having to deal with the angry obnoxious man in your head. He doesn’t seem to be a relatively so he is probably a cultural image of those kind of men in the world. When you have them in your head, they keep you from getting closer to others. You have to let go of the angry voice and have a voice that is encouraging you to get closer to others.

  3. Hi Amber,
What is really interesting about this dream is when you are alone in the forest, everything is so beautiful. This means that you are capable of walking your own path and finding the beauty and wonder within it.

The problem happens when you meet the male deer with huge antlers. The male deer represents aggressive males in general. They are what make your forest turn barren and you get hurt. Normally deer are representations of a gentler energy which probably characterized your being and why you are so easily connected to the beauty of nature.

Aggressive bucks are usually those bucks who are competing for sexual dominance in real life, so the nightmare is presenting the fear you have of that kind of male energy. Probably with your own nature you are not yet able to handle that kind of male. In the dream it affects the whole forest which means that when you are in that kind of fear in your mind, everything begins to seem bleak around you.

You would have this dream right now because your being wants to consider being in relationship with others, but first it has to get over the association in your mind of males being like the buck in your dream. What might help you in this regard is the simple fact that most males are probably more frightened of you than you are of them. When you realize this and see them as having fear, then you can be positively aggressive like a male deer only without the negative aggression. Being positively aggressive means that you realize that you have a lot to offer in a relationship and then you can go out and relate to people by bringing them to your beauty which is represented in the first part of your dream.

Since it is a nightmare, the fear may be a challenge to overcome. So give yourself lots of time to see the beauty in yourself and then realize that males want to be with that beauty, not hurt it.

  4. As of recently I’ve been having a reoccurring nightmare involving a black deer buck attacking me. Just to clarify I’m a female, and single.

Anyways back to my dream. This dream of mine starts off really well. I’m at this unknown location where it’s just miles and miles of beautiful mountain and pine forests. No people or anything with humans there. Just wilderness. After soaking in the beauty of the sight I was seeing I go off on this walk. It’s like this trail I take and it weaves through the forest and after walking a bit more I notice how everything around me starts to wither and decay. The earth grows bare and dead. Plants and trees are just dead and also some animal bones and some with skin on it. In that moment I’m overcome with panic, fear and suddenly lost. As I look around I hear sounds behind me and I turn to see this huge black deer buck. Gigantic antlers and roughly about 5 feet tall. I’m frozen and it starts to stomp it’s feet and then charge at me. I snap out and run away as fast as I could. Sometimes I would stumble and fall and in the background I can’t make it out I hear someone speaking but it’s muffled. After that I’m trapped against this cliff wall and then the deer is in front of me, runs towards me and I’m stabbed on the right side of my rib cage by the antlers and I’m grasping the antlers. I’m screaming and yelling and again muffled voices. And I felt the blood from where the antler was puncturing me bleeding. I pass out and wake up sweating and with pain on the area I was hit.

This dream was so vivid…. I can even smell it, feel the pain and hear the sounds of the deer buck breathing. I’ve dreamed of deer, but never in a nightmare. And deer are my favorite animal.

    What does it mean?

  5. Caitlyn,
An elephant is the largest and most powerful of all the land animals on the planet so as a symbol it is about empowerment and being really strong to any task in your life. When you sculpt one to put it on the wall, it means that you want to have a 3-D representation of it always in your mind so that you can focus on becoming an empowered person. Empowerment means being able to achieve whatever you set your mind to without fear. It always involves eliminating fear first.

  6. Hi Richard,
Last night I dreamt that me and my family were sculpting a big clay elephant to put on the wall. It just seems such a random dream that I wonder if it has any meaning at all.
    Hope you can help,
    Thank you, 🙂

  7. I had a dream I was in a closet I saw two little black spiders one climbed on the wall I took a broom and killed it and tried to kill the one crawling through the carpet but he somehow got faster and zoomed off.

    • Shelby,
The main problem with your dream is not the spiders, even though they are problematic. The issue is where you start the dream (in the closet). The context of being in a closet means hiding. So the dream says that when you are hiding in your life, it is as if spiders come creeping in and then you have to kill them. Spiders are usually symbols of negative feminine energy like people nagging at you or judging you are saying bad things about you.
To solve the dream you have to come out of hiding (out of the closet) and being a positive spider, like weaving a positive web of great friendships and encouraging others. You probably have a protective reason for being in the closet, but when you come out and weave positive webs, then your life will be so amazing.

  8. ok so I remember haveing a dream when I was 12 and I dont remember how it started but in it I was in a strange forest when I came across and old house and apon observing the house im attacked by 3 fluid like creatures with glowing red eyes takeing the form of a wolf,a bear, and an eagle each one is much larger than a normal animal of those species and when each one attacks me I some how manege to kill it. I want to know what this dream means since its the most vivid dream I have ever had because you see I stoped haveing dreams every night around the time I turned 10 so when I do have a dream I remember them clearly and this is the only that I have yet to understand I had the same dream again when I was 15 just not as vivid so I think it is important

    • Triston,
The important thing that you should know about animal dreams is that animals always have a negative and positive side in dream symbols. In your dream you are facing animals that represent strength, vision, and cooperation when they are positive, but vicious attackers that will tear you to shreds when they are negative. Whenever you have a strong negative emotion like fear that comes out of your ego self, people normally have two responses. The first is to fight the object or the fear, and the second is to flee from the fear by running from it. Your option is the first one. You are successful at killing it, but as you can see ego responses are always only temporary. When you changed the stage of your life, the fear came back and then you had to fight and kill it again.

The appropriate response to fear is to see it as a messenger of development, that there is something inside that needs to be developed. When you fight and kill it, you don’t get the new energy. By letting go of the fear of being overpowered or ripped apart you can develop new aspects of yourself which involve empowerment, vision and courage, and working cooperative with others to achieve positive goals. That is where you are headed.

Fighting is how you protect yourself from being torn apart so you need to let it go and then work on the three aspects of your character. Then your life will be so amazing.

  9. Dear Richard

I dreamed that I was in a train and I was a vampire. I wasn’t the only one though every one on the train were vampires too. Then everyone jumped out off the train while it was still moving, into this huge hole. I jumped in too and and inside the hole we’re people in it and we ate all of them and sucked their blood.

    • This for Lilly’s dream. There are several aspects to this dream that should be quite troubling to you. It will take some effort to turn them around. The most obvious one is being a vampire. A vampire in mythology is a person who has to live off the blood of others by sucking their blood. Blood is the symbol of life energy so when you are a vampire, it means that you have lost your true life’s energy. Whatever you true life is meant to be, in the dream you have gotten so far off of the path, that the only option you see is sucking other people’s life blood out of them. Much of the world’s economic system is run by metaphoric vampires who have gotten way off their life path. They suck the life out of people who are working for a living and do it for their own sakes without a single thought for the lives of those others. In your dream you are on that same path like being on a single track train without the choice of doing something different. Your life has completely lost its ability to choose your own true path. You just jump in the life-sucking hole like everyone else. If nothing else, this dream should frighten you, but you probably get a sense of power by sucking out the blood, which is its own reward and huge addiction.

The only virtue that is going to save your life from complete destruction is the virtue of empathy, which is the ability to experience what others are experiencing in themselves. Empathy is what makes us truly human and is the very core of who we truly are. You are going to have to do a huge amount of work to get this virtue. There are no two ways about it. The first work is to get out of the power addiction.

  10. Hi, I keep having a dream that there are large spiders sitting very still on the ceiling above me and I have to walk under them to get where I need to go.. Im always really scared to walk under them incase they fall on my head. They never do but could you tell me what this means?
    Amy

    • This is for Amy’s dream.
Amy. Spiders, when they are negative represent negative feminine power. This is because when feminine energy is negative, it weaves a nasty web of criticism, gossip, and backbiting to trap others and get them to be under their control. It is the worst part of women’s culture. In your dream you are fearful of that kind of energy that is above you ready to pounce.

The solution to this type of dream is to be exactly the opposite which means being a positive spider. A positive spider is someone who weaves a web of encouragement, finding the good in others, and doing everything you can to support others. In this way the web you make is light upon light and you life in perfect harmony and unity with others.

  11. Dad was possessed by some form of demon it was triggered each time in the kitchen but as it got stronger the demon could possess him more freely around the house. When trying to confront the demon I would ask “in the name of Jesus Christ, who are you” but I couldn’t get my words out, like I had a speech impediment, as the demon wasn’t allowing me to confront it, so it would come out in a mumble. My friend turned up at the house and my dad chased her outside (possessed) and I told her it was dangerous to stay and that she should leave attempting to explain the situation but my dad managed to throw her against a wall (without touching her) and she passed out, I then proceeded to call an ambulance for her but she stood up and stumbled/ran away out of fear. I finally managed to ask the demon who it was and I asked whether it was lucifer and my dad stared at me vacantly before smiling evilly and nodding confirming he was the devil. I then awoke scared and am now confused as to what the whole thing means.

    • This is for Nick’s dream. Hi Nick. This must have been a very frightening dream for you. The world of dreams is the world of metaphor. This is because it is trying to convey to you some spiritual truth whose energy is invisible to us in the real world. If you can see that Lucifer is a metaphor for some really bad negative energy inside of your dad, rather than a real person inside of him, then you can deal with your dad and the potential for you to have that energy in you in a more effective way. I call the kind of energy that you were experiencing in the dream from your dad the satanic self or the ego. It is the darkest part of the selfish nature that we are capable of coming. The problem with the Lucifer-like self is that it has a desire to be in control on the inside. If it is not dealt with when it is small, it takes gradual control over the person until it is totally dominant. It is like a satanic being has taken over, but really it is the selfish ego which uses power in a negative way. You have the dream because you, as your father’s son, could follow the same path. The only hope you have is take the path that Jesus has given you, the path of love and service to others. When service is your focus, and you are guided by the Holy Spirit, then you are protected from the ego taken over. This kind of negative control probably did not begin with your dad. I am sure that it is a long history of abuse.

I can give you some suggestions of how to deal with your dad if he is a problem for you in real life and you would like some guidance.

  12. Dear Richard

    I had three dreams today

    first dream

It’s not that long. I was in a society were everyone was wearing blue and they all had blue eyes. If they saw someone wear white they get shot by site. these people looked like there minds were controlled. People would make fun of them in the internet.

    second dream.

I was in Brazil for some reason. I was poor all I had was a dirty shirt that were up to my knees, my hair was messed up and i was skinny. I was a little girl again But yet I was happy. I would run around fields and jump around buildings and people would yell at me but I didn’t care. Then a woman come and started pulling my wrist but i let go. She didn’t react to it instead she kept walking and i followed her. The woman took me to some place that was fenced all around it and children were in it. I saw my dads friend and i asked him if we could escape the fence, he was like sure anytime you like. I climbed the fence and got in. Then played with my fellow Brazilian friends.

P.S I’ve always wanted to do to Brazil.

    Third dream

I was sitting in a corner in a bathroom. The roof was licking and there was blood were i was sitting. Then my brother come and he punched me. He kept on hitting me and hitting me(my brother never hits me) I asked him why he was hitting me. He told me for what mom did. Mom? why was he hitting me for something mom did. Then my mother and brother were standing at the door watching my brother punch me. why won’t they help me? Then my brother stopped and sat beside me. He was breathing so hard and there was blood over his knuckles, brueces and bloo allover my face. Then suddenly I elbowed him and he held one hand but I pummeled him constantly with the other. I kept on hitting him his face was bleeding rapidly. then he got unconscious. I threw him on the ground then stared at my mom.

    What does all this mean?

    • Emma,
The first dream is about the feeling of being confined by feeling that everyone has to be the same. If they don’t conform, they get shot, which means that they get put down. It is sort of like the way young people all have to wear the same fashion, listen to the same music, own the same things. If they don’t, they get put down. This is the context of life you are living in.
In the second dream you realize that money is not the thing you are seeking most in life, but you seeking the freedom to have positive relations with others like people do in Brazil. I lived in Brazil for 6 six years and speak fluent Portuguese and I can tell you that Brazilians are extremely open and will get really close to you. One of my first experiences in Brazil was going to the movie theater with my wife. A Brazilian woman was sitting next to me and spontaneously offered me some of the food she was eating. That experience typifies the positive aspects of Brazil.

The third dream is about what it is going to take to get to your Brazilian self. What your mom did to your brother in real life was to criticize him a lot probably. He hits you which means he says a lot of negative things to you rather than really encouraging you and lifting you up. You in turn do the same back to him. To get to your Brazilian self you have to decide to stop what happened in the past and then to jump the fence into your positive self by finding the positive in you and the positive in others and then telling them their positive things all the time. Most people when they start speaking a positive language to others, feel as though they are speaking a foreign language, but after a short time it gets very comfortable.

  13. Dear Corinne,
What may be interesting for you to do with this dream is to think about playing a game with your mind. In your dream you go into the bath. A bath for most people is a place where you go to calm down and relax. So the dream is really trying to get you to get into a state where you are always calm and relaxed.
However, when you go to get into the state a little 2 year old goes in with you and when you turn away from her to do something else she drowns. This happens repeatedly.

The reason that it keeps happening to you when you are trying to get calmed down in the bath is that basically the same thing happened to you as a two year. This is why you are having the dream. Two year olds are supposed to have fun playing games and getting close to people, but what happened to you is that people turned away from you and then it was like you drowned. This kept happening probably because they were busy with other things.

So in order to get to the calm state inside and always be more relaxed you need to let go of the fear of that something bad is going to happen if you are not attending to everything all the time. This is what now keeps you from being in that relaxed and calm state.

    Richard

  14. Hi Richard,
I don’t normally do this as I don’t normally bother with analysing my dreams however this particular one has been playing on my mind ever since I’ve had it.
From what I can remember, it felt like I was sort of in a game. Whenever something went wrong or something didn’t go quite as it should have done i could restart so to speak and keep doing so until I got the outcome i wanted. Anyway the bit that particularly bothered me was when my 2 year old cousin in to my dream. She’s a well loved little girl who brings a smile to everyone’s face as most toddlers would. When somebody goes in a bath or goes in the shower, she likes to get in with people however she has never done this with myself. In my dream, I had ran a bath & she asked if she could get in with me which I said yes to. When I put her in, it was larger than you’d imagine a typical bath to be as in when she stood, it almost covered her. I put her in and put her facing away from me so I couldn’t see her face, what happened was by the time id finished doing something else and turned her around, I didn’t realise the water had covered her mouth and her nose and she had drowned in the bath, due to my own careless mistake I’m assuming. With this in mind I’m still in my game like situation so before anything sinks in, it restarts and she’s asking if she can come in the bath with me again however the same thing happens again and within my dream this must have happened about 4 or 5 times and nothing changed each time. Now, this is playing on my mind as it could possibly be the most horrible dream I’ve had so I just want to know what it could mean and why was it my 2 year old cousin who appeared in my dream and why did this happen to her? Like I said earlier dreams don’t normally bother me, but this is one I can’t seem to shake off and upsets me a lot to think about.

    Thank you in advance!

  15. Dear Richard,
Last night I dreamt a man came to the door and told me that because I was the eldest daughter I was to be crowned Queen.
Then he mentioned that my stepbrother was to be King and we ended up getting married. It was a really weird dream and I’m wondering if it has a meaning?

  16. Dear Richard ive had this dream twice now. In my dream I am back at my old school from several years ago looking down from the window to my old friends playing soccer. I do play a high level of competitive soccer yet when i go down to play i am beaten by my friends and lose the ball every time. then the clock on the building says it is time Togo to class. ias i go up the stairs an old man is talking about something that i just ignore. there are unusually many steps, and i reach a floor have never seen before. i have to crawl to get to the hallway. in the middle of the hallway there is another is another stairway very dark. that is where the class is because all my friends went up there. i go up and i am confronted with 2d velocciraptors that are constantly changingnshapes. i run but always no matter what it catches and kills me. after i die i reset back on the stairs. even as i jump on rooftop and hide i can not run because it moves in the she places i do. its like a game and when im being chased Christian gospel music plays in the background. I feel as if I’ve lost and should be ashamed when ever i die and i say Jesus when ever die not in like a save me way but like calling out a friends name. i had to type this on my phone else i forget so i apologize for the typos. thanks.

  17. Had a dream that a worm came out of my butt and I was talking to it and we were trying to get away from another one that was around trying to find me!!!! Omg it was so weird to dream that

  18. Wanda,
This is a really important dream for you because it has both a negative and a positive aspect of it. The purpose of your brother coming into the dream is two-fold. First he wants to let you know that he is there in the next world watching out for you and helping you, and second he is there to give you comfort and support when you are having difficulties.

A dream of being cheated on by your fiancé does not necessarily mean that he is cheating on you in real life with a woman. It means that the cheating is happening but it could be like the other woman in his life is his work or something like that. It does put the relationship in question.

If you have questions or concerns you can write to me a separate email or have a chat online. It is a big life decision and you need someone to walk you through what is happening.
