Dear Richard,
I feel as though I suffer from chronic nightmares. More often than not I’m constantly battling nightmares at night and early in the morning. Last night was a different one though. It involved a child that I watch during the day and his mother and father along with my sisters and my mom. It is a strange mix because the family I work for has nothing to do with my mother or my sisters, meaning there is no communication. I am 22 years old and live on my own. So the dream goes as this, I am taking care of the little boy, Lucas, he is now 5 years old in your life and in my dream. In my dream he asked me to go with him to go to the bathroom, as I do in real life. In real life he has trouble going to the bathroom, he tells me he doesn’t like to push. In my dream, he goes to the bathroom easily and there is a lots of feces in the toilet. An old friend of mine, Jermicia, is with me for some reason. Lucas then calls my name from the stall and tries to give me a ring that looks similar if not an exact replica, of my own ring that I wear on my right hand every day. As he tries to hand it to me something from inside the toilet pulles him completely in and he just disappears into the toilet. I know it sounds really stupid, but in my dream I freaked out thinking that something supernatural grabbed a hold of him. I screamed for his father, Nick, and ran around the corner in what seems to be the house of the family I work for. I was somehow able to quickly tell him that Lucas disappeared inside the toilet, and thought to myself that he wasn’t going to believe me and think that I did something to him. He seemed very relaxed and calm about it stating that he’ll just go outside and get him out. As I waited I was tearful and crying relentlessly, scared for this little boy’s life. His mother, Rosie, and his father returned with seems like only two minutes later saying that the hospital had him in ICU for 3 hours but that he was okay, as soon as I saw him I grabbed him out of his mother’s arms and cradled him as though he were my own. Crying over him and rocking him saying “my Lucas my Lucas”, just repeating that over and over again. then it changes to what looks like a mixture of the house I grew up in, and the house that my mother now lives in and I lived in for the last three years of high school. In this dream there was something demonic in the house, wanting to kill anything it could get its hands on, my room was where it was at the most. I knew I had to get out of there and when I tried to tell everyone that the house is haunted no one would listen to me, my panic was intense. My mother laughed it off, which is strange because in real life she is a very radical Christian, blaming everything on the devil. My little sister, who is 17, was in my dream is well. Her name is Ally. As I was able to grab some clothes from my room, I begged her to go get my keys so that I could leave the house. She did get my keys, but I was unable to leave because I woke up. most of my dreams are just that, dreams. but sometimes I wake up from certain dreams/ nightmares and think to myself that there has to be something beyond just it being a dream. Dear Heather, The reason you have the dream is that in real life you have been haunted by your mother telling you that the devil is going to get people. This is why you have the experience of the boy being pulled down the toilet. The only way to stop these kinds of dreams is to believe exactly the opposite which is that because of your loving and nurturing ways with the boy, really positive things are going to happen. That is the real Truth. Your mom’s belief that the devil is present all the time to get people is a way of controlling others. It has nothing to do with reality. It haunts the house with controlling fear. Believe in the positive and the child will grow to be amazing.
My dream scared me for a lil bit.it’s starts where I’m walking in a desserted are.all I see is a small witches dead cementary,on the left side there’s these houses where there’s signs,of Keep Out…as I’m there wondering why I end up there,this weird looking lady apears behind me n says why did you call me.I said I didn’t what are you doing here…n then she says you called n as I’m there thinking I did but by thought I didn’t think she would appear…as I’m chanting,a few lines I wake up all frozen…I was woken up at 6:15 a.m. I was probably feeling I was getting chocked or something,cuz I was gasping for air as I was waking up…

The problem that the dream brings up for is that when you feel as though you are deserted, your mind starts thinking up a lot of negative thoughts as if people are out to get you and do mean things. So the dream wants you to do exactly the opposite of feeling deserted. It wants you to bring people together in positive ways. When you do this your mind will get really creative about how to make positive things happened. You probably have been deserted by family or friends. So you have to let go of the negative memories and then go for being positive because you obviously have a magical element about yourself to bring people together.
I’m a black female from South Africa. im 19 years of age.iv recently joined a dating site and met this white guy there.he is very different from any guy I have talked to. he isnt always on my mind but I do like him.we havent met yet as he is writing exams,he is studying engineering and is 26 years of age. I had a soulmate dream.first of all in this dream i came over to his house and we were just chilling in his room.it was so comfortable and I felt so very inlove,I cant describe the feeling. we started kissing it was so passionate and real something kept whispering”soulmate”. suddenly I stood up to check the time and it was too late for me to go back home so I suggested I sleep over.we walked into another room,he did not have a problem with me sleeping over but bcz of the racial issues some people have in my country he seemed stressed as to how he’ll tell his parents about me.i told him id leave then,he ws busy fixing his bike and was like “no stay”.the kitchen was close to the room it kinda had some broken doors but I think that’s normal as it happens in mst houses.with a clear sight of the kitchen I heard someone open the fridge nd take something ..it was a sort of distraction. but I did not see the person I juss heard … even though I could see the kitchen.

You can take this dream in two ways. He is himself in the dream and he is also a part of you. The soulmate is that each of you have something that the other needs to make your life work. It is worth pursuing the relationship not only because you are attracted, but because he has a kind of positive energy that you need, and you have a kind of energy he needs. The reason that Whites have a problem with race in South Africa is because they are so fearful of losing their advantage. When a white person and a black person get together and live in unity and love, it is something hugely powerful, but to make it work, both of you have to work on the positives of the other in your own self. Americans have always had the same problem. So really you have a great opportunity here, but it isn’t always easy because of external pressure. The way you combat the pressure is by developing the other person’s positive in yourself. Then you learn to love each other’s positive aspects and love each other’s culture.
Hello, last night I saw two dreams. In the first one, I was walking from my grandpa’s home and suddenly I came across my crush with her friend. I didn’t approach her, but as I passed by her side, her friend slipped and nearly dropped. I rescued her, but I got surprised, as her friend (my crush) continued walking and didn’t stop to come back and ask her friend if she was ok. I did, I asked her “Are you ok?” she said “I’m fine” and I walked away.
In the second dream, I was in my grandpa’s home, the whole family was gathered and the bell rang. We opened the door, and we found two babies outside in his swing. The babies grew up and the boy told us that his mother had gone to Germany and his father was in jail. But, their father came there knocking to the door and he broke the door and the door couldn’t close. So, in order to close and lock the door, we put an armchair behind the door.

Hi John, In the dream you are being your heroic self which is really great. It seems to be inherited in you because you are in grandpa’s house. This means that the ability is a family characteristic. Unfortunately being a hero doesn’t get you the girl in the end. It can start things going because it is impressive, but the ability to stay in and sustain a relationships requires some other skills like being able to listen attentively without judging and being really encouraging by finding the positive in others. So the lesson is to keep the heroic qualities because they are great, but also develop the relational ones if you want to keep the girl. They are a lot of work kind of like learning a new sport.
Hi there! Last night, I saw in my dream that I was walking home and I came across one friend of my 2 years younger sister (I’m 18). We have never talked with that girl in real life, but my sister tells me that she asks questions about me. Recently, I learnt that she has a boyfriend. So, in my dream when I saw her, I approach her and gave her a box that had parfume inside it. Then, I took her away from her boyfriend and walked away with her arm-in-arm.

Hi Richard. Awesome dream. So while this dream is positive, it means that you have to do the work inside of yourself to get to the point where you can her for a girl friend. I think probably it mostly is going to take some courage. In my view of relationships people are all up for grabs until they are engaged to be married. A boy friend is not a binding commitment like marriage. People in high school go in and out of lots of relationships because they are experimenting on what it is like to be with another person of the opposite sex.
So you can be close and go out without have to make commitments until you are ready for them. But you have to have courage to get things going.
I dreamt that I was playing tennis with this wealthy family and their son likes me. Towards the end of the game the sister invited me to a private party that they were throwing down by the beach so I said I would go if I can find something nice to wear. On my way to the parking lot I realized I didnt drive he offer to take me so I hurried in so that his mom wouldnt see me. While sitting in the back sit of the car I saw a frog on the dashboard of the car than he suddenly brakes and the two frogs bit me so hard and not letting go. I kept shaking my hands so hard and they both finally fell off. Instead of taking me home he took me to his house and a neighbor came by thinking his mom had came home so I had to run around the house and hide from her. I made it to his sister’s bedroom and hid in the closet under and behind some clothes so that she wouldnt find me. What does all of that means especially the frogs hitting me and not letting go?

When you are playing tennis, it is a symbol of for a positive equal relationship of give and take. You hit the ball and then other has to receive it and hit it back. When there is equality in tennis, it makes for a good match. You are ok when you are playing tennis, but as soon as you see that you are going after a wealthy prince, then you feel like you have to impress the family by wearing something nice because who you are is not good enough in your own eyes. This means that in relation to the prince you are a like a frog. When you need to do to solve the dream, is to think about the relationship more like tennis and less like wealthy v. poor. You are his equal and if you go into the relationship with any other notion besides that you are equal, you will lose the relationship. People are wealthy because of their character, not their riches. You need to let go of the wealth part and see if you like his character, i.e. is he a real prince or just a wealthy frog.
I really would like to know what my dream means as its so confusing. I dreamed that I was around the area I live and that this guy I vagely know dropped one of his two phones and smashed it. He snatched it out of my hand and I ended up walking to his house. I said I didn’t want to go in as I was debating whether or not to have sex. I was pushed in and I somehow agreed to engage in homosexual sex in his room. When we were done I walked away and said to his parents who were downstairs and said tell him I said see you later. But I don’t under stand the dream or why I was dreaming about this person I mean he hasn’t been in my thoughts or anything.

Hi William,
The reason that you have this dream is that you are being pushed into things in your life that you don’t necessarily want to do. You said that didn’t to go in and were debating. This could be based upon experience you have had in life often with fathers (but it is not apparent in the dream) where you were pushed into things you didn’t necessarily want to do. The homosexual part means that you are trying to develop the male aspect of yourself which is the part of you that stands up for himself and is assertive about what he wants. This is what you need to develop in yourself. This is why you have the dream. The hard part in working on developing this aspect of yourself is that there is usually a lot of fear involved. This makes it too easy to give into things that you don’t want to do for fear of something bad happening to you. It is a pretty complex thing to develop in yourself so you want to seek help.
Dreamed that a tornado came while I was at work and I was running all over the building to find shelter. All I could think about were 2 of my children, which is the middle girl and the baby boy being at home alone and I wanted to get to them and make sure they were ok. When the tornado was over, I walked to my car and they were with me and there was a dead baby in the car looked to be about 1-2 years old lying on his stomach on a pillow and I woke up.

Drea, A tornado is a big swirling of the wind that causes a lot of immediate damage. Since you are work, it means that somebody at your work stirs up things in a really negative way for you. When it happens, you get fearful for your children because your work supports your children financially. The dead baby is the part of you that would really develop at work if you didn’t have the tornado generator there. I can tell you from actual experience that the tornado person doesn’t want you to develop this part of you that is really incredible because the tornado person wants to control things as they are. You can begin to develop this part of you by imagining a life without tornadoes in your work.

i had a dream of me and my friends were in a classroom of university, class was over so were talking having fun, than some people wearing police dress came in class room and started fireing red paintballs at students, lots of red paintballs hit me at the back of my head n body i fell down where ground was all red with red color occured coz of red paint balls, than after few secz they stopd fireing and went away, than i wokeup and started talking to friends all frindly n having fun again.

Hi Murtaza, What your dream is about is the problem we all have with university life. The main curriculum in life is about friendship and closeness with people because all of the problems in the world can be easily solved when there is unity and friendship between people and nations. University people forget this because most of them are bad at relationships so they act like police trying to get you to do their work. It isn’t that their work is so bad or wrong. It is just that their work doesn’t solve the things that are going on in the world. You need to realize that your friendships and relationships are like your capital for getting positive things done. Then your technical skills become helpful to the process.

Hi Sarah, The parents in your bed are like the parts of you that are going to nurture the new self in you that is developing really strongly in you. In the last dream the angel’s called your name which means that your positive time has come to be your true self. In this dream you are beginning to get a glimpse of who that person is that is developing. It is only metaphoric at this stage. The big ball of red energy means that you have a huge amount of positive energy to do whatever you want. Once you begin moving in a positive direction, you can count on always having a lot of energy to get wherever you are going. That is the most outstanding things about you. The sky blue speckles are the first emanations from that energy. Sky blue is the color of peacefulness and calm so ti would seem that your energy has something to do with creating peace between people. It isn’t very clear exactly what that means, but if you stay with it, the way will become clear to you. Often it begins in one’s family and then moves out from there.

I’m not sure if you will interpret this or not but it’s been a hard dream to forget & I can’t seem to find any information on it so I figured this is worth a shot. Last night I had a dream that I guess most would consider a nightmare. It started out with me having the feeling of fear, I was in a motel I’d never seen and this “women” was chasing me around this motel room with a whip. She would whip me and it would split my skin very deep and then she would let me suffer a bit and heal me. This repeated until I gave up running from her and I laid on the ground so she could do as she pleased. When I stopped running she stopped hurting me and just put me to sleep. I woke up in a different motel room in the same motel with the women’s young daughter. It was never said but I knew the young girls mission was to murder me. I was happy because I knew I could outwit a 12 year old and decided this was how I’d get away. I eventually led this little girl to belive the cops were after her mother and I would let her murder me if she let me have the room key so we could get away. She gave it to me and I pushed her down and ran as fast as I could with my backpack down the motel hall. I felt her mother’s presence when I left the room so I dove into another motel room that had its door open to hide for a while until they lost sight of me. The room I dove into had a disturbed man tied down to the bed and screaming bible versus while the TV was on the fuzz station, and he was also talking about the second coming of Christ. I crawled low to the floor to the second bed next to his and decided to hide under it. The disturbed man appeared in front of me, praying over me. I felt more scared of him than I did of being found and killed. & another man walked into the room that had been skinned alive, but he didn’t seem phased by his missing skin, and grabbed the disturbed man and skinned him alive in front of me and left. I ran as fast as I could and was saved by a random bridal party of drunk girls On a different floor, I never spoke of what happened on the floor above to the drunk girls I just let them take me home. (I know why I dreamt about the bridal party, my cousin has been planning a wedding for months and I’m attending it in just 3 days, as for all the other stuff, I’m stumped lol)

Hi Lauren, This dream is about how you were mistreated in the past and how you tried to get away. It is all pretty clear. The problem, when you have a dream like this, is that who you are meant to become and develop into is completely undeveloped because of the mistreatment and running away. The best thing that I can recommend is that you begin a program of uncovering your true self. If you can manage to stay with it, it will be amazing for your life because who you are inside is incredible.

It was afternoon and i was on the phone to two friends who where about to go traveling. I was on standby just in case if they wanted me to go over to their place (Laughing, giggling, talking). One the way to get a cab I saw 3 friends from the past (Mary – but I wasn’t sure if it was her ~ Alexia n Vasw) they were also getting a cab. I was trying to go home in a taxi back in Birmingham but the cab driver dropped me on one side of the city and then ask to meet me pass the shopping centre. Once I crossed over he wasn’t there anymore so I decided to walk home alone. It was a beautiful starlight night. All the sudden I’m in an open field with different levels of grass and floor types. There was a lot of kids n youngsters talking n playing. I kept walking thinking I’m going home but soon everyone disappeared. I took a right turn n there was a man on a horse going down n up a slope with muddy water. But as soon as he came up he disappeared. I start to feel a bit scared so I turn back n start walking faster. Going around on the round curve. Then all the suddenly there’s a boy telling me to get out and go away and I was saying that I’m trying to get home. Then a little ghost was trying to warn me. An adult man ghost shortly follows telling me to leave their field and never come back. But he said: once I’m here I might as well..then he gets his dagger n stabs the ground. Then throws some earth on it. And apologises. Another ghostly figure jumps out and flys away. There’s a long pathway that we walked to get to the exit door. He repeated his actions again and again. Once we were out of the wooden door. He warned me never to come back. I thanked him and the little girl and started walking away. I walked towards the left, followed the curve around and all the sudden there a black girl n boy ghost chasing me away. I start running towards the main road – I can see a corner pub and street lights. When I get closer I turn around and see the kids removing their masks and laughing. They were proud that they made me run away.
It was hard waking up. My arms were behind my head as if I was chilling at the beach,my whole body was stiff and almost stuck to the bed. It took a while to regain motion and consciousness.

Hi Carla, I don’t like to say that a dream is going to happen in real life because I like to let the future take care of itself. That is God’s business, not mine. When you have a funeral dream like yours, it means that you honour the person who has passed away for the positive things that they have done in their life. In that moment the people of this world and the next are united to help the person move forward with their life.
When you honour a person by remembering the positives in their lives, it brings blessings to you. So it would appear to me that you need to honour your friend’s mother. That is what I would do.

Hi Joan, The reason that you have the same dream is that the dream world (which is one of the non-material spiritual worlds) is the force that is giving you dreams, not your own brains. It is like the dream goes through the mind, but does not emanate from it. It also wants to show you how connected your spirits are. It is a good sign for a long term relationship that you are so connected. It means metaphorically that you have the same dreams in real life about the big things in life.

Monica, This dream is about being able to get up or excited about what you have always envisioned. When you do the envisioning now, what happens is that you see a plane blow up. This will make you feel fearful of being really enthusiastic about the vision. Nonetheless you see the man of your dreams. The reason you have the dream now is that now it is ok for you psychologically to get into the space of a lot enthusiasm about going for things even after men. It means that you have changed enough internally that you are really attractive to others. It is important to believe that you are an awesome catch.
What does it mean when a person run into an indian with a lizard that’s pregnant And ask for the person to hold it. The person holds it and the lizard lays eggs all on the person hand and arm. The Indian ask for the person to go with him so he can teach him medician.

Candy, a lizard is a reptile which is a type of animal that requires external heat to be able to move, rather than having an internal source like mammals. The hands and arms represent the skills a person has and their power to put the skills into action. So it is like the person needs to have external heat or external support to do what is needed in their life to be successful. They cannot do it by themselves. This is usually the case when you work in an company or organization that requires you to have resources to do your work.
The reason that it is an animal and not real people is because this person is at the beginning of whatever they are doing in the company. It is like a message to be assertive about what the person needs to be successful.
The medicine the person needs is assertiveness.
Hi Richard,
Last night, I dreamed that I was sleeping and my mom called. We had arranged for me to cut her grass but she was calling to tell me she didn’t want me to do it after all. That was okay. I got up and went down the street to neighbours who still did want me to cut their grass. I went inside the house and we made an agreement about price. Then my mom came out of a room and she wanted to know what was going on. I told her i had other lawns to cut. This surprised her. I left her in her surprise and was heading out the door in a rain coat and gloves. Someone else got in a conversation with me at the door about lawns. I said I was doing one lawn and my husband was doing another. It was a new husband I was referring to. I stepped out the door. As I looked down the street, I saw my daughter walking down the street and the back of her pants had an area around her bottom which was much lighter than the rest of the jeans. Then she shuffled with her shirt to cover up the lighter area and kept walking. I thought she looked fine.
In another dream, I am sitting beside a friend from elementary school who was really messed up as a child because of abuse but in the dream we are adults and she is talking to a group of mothers. I get a flash of her, in the dream, of the night she had her baby – when she was younger, insecure, scared, and how she used to act and then I see her here now, her baby healthy and strong and she’s giving encouragement to the group and tears of happiness come to my eyes. She sees this and asks what the tears are about and I tell her, through sobs, I am just so proud of her. She smiles. I smile.

Hi..sorry to bother…Real life: I was with my boyfriend at the time and I was falling asleep…and im not sure if i was dreaming or daydreaming but when i was in some type of sleep and closed my eyes, whatever I saw when my eyes were open was what i saw when my eyes were closed…so i thought it was real so much I was talking in real life…and then i popped back into reality and was like woah what happened and then i got tired and closed my eyes again and it happened again…then I asked my boyfriend what happened and he told me I was talking in my sleep or in my daydream (i know it could be false awakening,,But i havent heard anything about false daydreams)
My history with dreams: Immreally good at remembering some parts of actual dreams i have, i used to have consistent dreams, and If something bad happens in my dream i usually cry in real life…I also woke up one time with my shirt off

The metaphor of the dream is that you are falling asleep to your real life or your true life. Your true self wants you to live fully into the life you are meant to live, but sometimes you go to sleep to it. This is a kind of protection from your ego so that you won’t live in your true life. Now that you have this dream you can be sure it is safe to live in the life you are meant to live fully. It doesn’t have to be a fight between sleeping or waking to your true life. You obviously have something important to do in this life that your spirit wants you to wake up to and do.
Dream: dreamt of my mom who has passed away. It felt real. She came into my rm & sat on the bed beside me while I was lying down. I felt her sit & was trying to pull the comforter from under her & couldn’t I knew she was dead but she was so real & it didn’t feel like a dream.
