in my dream my ex and i were together but i was driving his car with his three friends backwards.. and the front passenger side tire ended up with a flat and we were almost to his house and then i went and told him and he was all lovey what does this mean?

Hi, The problem in the dream is the problem you had with the relationship with your ex. You were driving your ex’s car with his friends in the back. This means that you were trying to be what he wanted you to be because you were driving his car, not your own. He was lovey because you were driving the relationship for his sake only. You forgot about yourself in the relationship. This is a common mistake, but it is deadly for a woman. In your next relationship you have to be your true self in the relationship. It can’t be about trying to please him to get your own love. It doesn’t work that way. The way it does work is being true to yourself and then together with someone else who is true to himself. Then there is a great union of people.
Heyy. I had a dream last night thatrattled me something awful. I was set in what i believe to islamic territoy. As I was wandering around I found an abandoned child I decided to take that child as one of my own. the soldiers of where I was at found that I was taken care of the Muslim child they became angry. they then set me up and took the child from me as I went to the store to get milk. then they threw my child into a grill full of flames. could you please help me understand what this means? it really has me pondering and I just don’t know what to think of it.

Hi Courtney, This dream really speaks to the current moment in the evolution of the planet. The question for you in the dream is about the abandoned child. What is the abandoned child? In the dream world you can think of Islam and the abandoned child as metaphoric. Islam, in this case, means the jihadist kind of version that seeks control and dominance over others for personal gain, not unlike Nazi Germany. When this kind of energy is present, the controlling, domineering energy, then another energy is abandoned. This energy is represented in the child you are trying to take in as your own. What is that energy? That energy is peace and tranquility. It is why WW2 never really ended. Nazis were defeated, but peace and tranquility were still left abandoned and thrown in the fire. So what you are trying to nurture is peace and tranquility in the world. They don’t happen as a result of the end of hostilities or regime changes as the recent history clearly indicates. Peace and tranquility need to be nurtured and worked on every single day. When you try to work on it like you did in the dream, you cannot be naive. There are people in every country who have the same attitudes as the jihadists. They will throw the peace and tranquility work into the fire because they have a vested interest in being dominant and controlling. So I think you are getting this dream because of your desire to promote peace and tranquility and to help victims of violence, but you need to kind of have a wake up call about those around you in your own vicinity who would throw the baby in the fire.

Last night I had a dream like I’ve never had before. In the dream I was at my summer house which is very dear to me. I was first with my sister, looking for bears. We found a bear cave that was empty. We started to look around and explore. All of a sudden my sister was gone, and one unusual big bear is approaching me (the bear was bigger than normal beats for sure). However, I wasn’t scared at all, because I felt like I knew the bear. The bear caressed my cheek and lay down with me. I don’t remember much about what happened after this, but I remember the feeling I had; which was that I felt protected and safe. But I also remember feeling that I was aware that the bear wasn’t a human and that in a way it was wrong for me to be with this bear.
What does this bear thing mean? I’ve never had a dream about bears before. Usually I never dream about animals. I’m really curious of what it could mean. There is a connection with bears and my sister, we have this funny thing in our family….we each got a teddy bear and they have in a way become part of us.

Hi Malin, bears in a dream are symbols of the quality of strength and empowerment. When you have such a positive dream, it means that what your spirit wants you to have right now is empowerment which is the ability to be able to finish what you set out to do. It usually means doing whatever it takes which often requires learning new skills that you didn’t have before. You become a bear when you remember the positive things about yourself and bring them “bear” on the task at hand. It means making the task seem small and you big. It maybe that you think that being a bear is not being feminine, but empowerment has nothing to do with gender even though it is often associated as a more masculine thing.
I had a dream that me and boyfriend had superpowers. We could fly and we were super strong. We were in a weird world. Everything was metro. A guy with a katana tried attacking him, and he did a front flip thing and kicked him off a building into the water. And then this girl tried to get me and I got her pinned down on my back holding her in a choke hold. And she couldn’t get away. And I pushed her off into the water. And then it switched to us in some hotel thing. There was a room with one bed and it was dark. Every time I tried to kiss him or try sex, someone would walk in. So I got mad and left. I went to go get food and some guy almost stole my food from me, but all I had to do was say your name and say my boyfriend name and he ran away. And then I came home and told him, and he said “see, as long as you’re with me, you’ll be safe. I love you” and then I woke up…

Hi Bevin, Being able to fly and be strong in a dream means that you can generate a lot of enthusiasm toward a positive vision and fight off the difficulties in getting there from others. This is all positive. When it comes to getting close to others, like in the metaphor of having sex (intimacy) then you get interrupted and cannot nourish yourself.
The reason you need closeness is not so much about your relationship with your boyfriend. It is more about relating to people in general. You need to work on the quality of closeness because when you go for your vision you are always going to need to be able to work closely with people. If you get good at it, then anything you go after will be easy for you. I am not sure what you meant by “saying your name”. Whose name is that?

I had a reacurring Dream as a child and always wonder the meaning behind the dream and why they reaccure.
I often dreamt of being chased by a dark force. I would run to hide under the stairsin the basement and seeing the dark force swoop past I would then run to a closet and once inside search for a hole I knew was there but could not see and always just before the dark force would catch up to me I would find the hole in the wall and crawl inside to another place and time.
One inside I would find my self sitting with others while Indians dance and sang around the fire. I always knew then that I was safe and secure And felt a sense of belonging.
As I had stated this was a dream I had over and over as a child. I don’t remember when it stopped; just one day I realized I had not had the dream for sometime and never did again.
Please help me understand.

Hi Teresa, The experience in your dream which is positive is that you end up safe and secure in the Indian culture. The dark force would represent, in your case, the way the white culture is in the world compared to the Indian. The Indian is warm and relaxed and accepting while the white tends to be comparative, cold, and judgmental. Being chased by the dark force is like trying to run from the negative aspects of the culture which are like dark forces. You know you don’t want have anything to do with it. The pressure of the culture makes it easier to relate to and be in the remedy which is warm and accepting and relaxed. In early America when white people were captured by Indians and made part of the tribe they never wanted to go back to the white culture when given a chance.
The reason you recall it now is that the need to create a culture of warmth and acceptance is huge in the world.

Every night this week I’ve had a falling dream. I was in the car with my mom and she was speeding because everything around us was dark and creepy and she pulls into somewhere and she backs into a hole or something and we are falling, we are still in the car and she’s yelling I’m naked but she has clothes on.
The next night I’m in my dad truck with him and my older brother we are in the back seat and my dad’s driving and all of a sudden the roads gone and he drove off a cliff, and we were falling but then landed in a body of water and started sinking.
I keep having falling dreams, what do these ones mean? ! I don’t like it!

Hi Kelsey, The problem that you have in both dreams is that your your parents are driving. This means that when your mother or father are driving your life, you are going to fall in your life. Your mother goes too fast and leaves you exposed(naked) while your dad just drives right off a cliff.
The important thing is for you is to drive your own life and leave them out of it because they are just going to make you fall. If you are living at home, you have to actively take the driver’s seat and ignore the way they would take you. If you are not at home, they are still in your head which means that you have to ignore how they would do things. I think that what you need to do right now is to slow down and turn on the lights in yourself so that you get guided in the right way. It is probably safe to say that if you do the opposite of them, then everything will work out well for you.

Weird dream my mom bought a really big house that was gorgeous and put together.. In this dream I’m mostly in my room in this house watching people out of a window but I never came out of the room. I would look down the hallway and sometimes feel like somebody would be standing there but there was never anyone there.. One. Day I take off running out the room and go down this long stair case and end up in the living room and I saw a cup there on the table with a book but the cup didn’t have a coaster so I knew my sister was there.. Out of no where I heard somebody in the kitchen I go there and find my mama making a turkey then my sister appears and ask if I wanted to see her room and when I go there her ex boyfriend is standing behind the door and the bed fits behind the door which is weird he’s standing on top of the bed smiling and her face is expressionless she says he was waiting for her at the end Of our street last night for her… But what was weird was everytime I would be looking out the window I would see a red sports car and see old neighbors from my child hood walking past the house…

Hi Ashley, The problem in the dream is that you are kind of trapped in your mom’s gorgeous house. A house in a dream refers to your Self so it is like you are trapped in the self that your mom has for you instead of being your own real self. Your sister is just as trapped. All you can do is look out and see the past. When you look out of window in a dream in a house and it is positive, it about a really positive vision of the future fully of possibilities. This is what you are missing living in your mothers’s self for you. You are stuck in her past expectations of you.
The solution is to be able to find your own metaphoric home, which is your own true self. Then when you look out you will see a bright future which you can move toward.
What does it mean if I have a bad dream and can’t talk? I dreamt about a ghost or entity in the room and I wasnt able to talk or scream everything was damaged and as soon as I felt it leave I could talk. I’ve had dreams like this a couple of times what does it mean.

Hi Kris, When you have a ghost dream, it is about having negative imaginations that aren’t based on reality. These kind of imaginations probably come in and out or your mind. When you have them, you can speak well, but when they are gone, your thoughts probably flow well and you speak well. Ghost dreams come when you have had periods in your life where you are left alone especially when you were young.
Okay, I had a dream where I was in a creepy house like in a horror game, but I wasn’t scared. I avoided opening the doors which all had paintings on them because I was afraid of a jump scare. I went through the first and second floors of the buildings, just going down the hallways, and the stairwell was clean and bright while the inside was dark and dirty. I then found that my sister had gone way up ahead (I’m an only child in real life). I went up the stairwell to the ninth floor, stopping on everyone to look and listen for my sister. Eventually, I heard a light singing from the ninth, so I proceeded. There I saw a young boy, about five, wearing what looked to be a red baggy uniform with black trimming. After seeing the child, I went down a set of stairs to a small area with red walls and white trim where the paint job was severely damaged and chipped. When I moved quickly I saw that there was someone else hiding in my shadow, and they had some red highlight on their face, either hair or eyes. When I managed to separate it from me, three people came out, who asked me trivia questions. I remember one woman with a clipboard asking what the most famous trousers in the world were, and apparently it was some skirt… I don’t know if that means anything but I thought I would add it just in case. I either never found my sister, woke up before I could, or just don’t remember. Also the small landing where the shadow disengaged had two stairways on either side and the little boy was up on the balcony section with a brown wooden railing.

Hi Tawny. Usually when you have a creepy house in a dream it means that you are going into your imaginary negative self. What you are looking for, when you are in that self, is not actually there, your sister. This is because you don’t have a sister in real life. What the dream wants you to do instead is to get out of the negative imaginary self or creepy self and see what is real and positive in your life. Focusing on what is real and positive keeps you really grounded and then you can move forward solidly in the world. The other things in the dream are not real either. They are just imaginations. This usually happens when a person is left alone for long periods.
I have just woken from this dream/ nightmare crying. I started off waiting to go into some club type place that was packed with people waiting to see the Beatles tribute. As I was waiting to go on I saw my mate who was out drinking again I said to her she’s going to get a name for herself being out every weekend. When I got inside the club I’d lost my partner I went and got a table at the front was talking to another friend who said it was only busy because of the tribute told her I was going getting an orange juice as I was walking to the bar my boyfriend turned up he’d been to the shop and got me a snickers bar and some popcorn. I was in the queue and a friend of my daughter’s came up and asked why my daughter was up there when I turned around I was in my daughters church she had passed away and in the middle of the room floating was a lifesize hologram of my daughter laughing and pulling faces below was a full circle of tables surrounding the hologram with people sat at the tables I started to cry and was walking back towards the front of the club that had become part of the church. one of the females that was sat down ( a woman I’ve known for years and the mother of the girl who asked me why my daughter was up there) got up and asked me if I was ok I said that I missed her so much and she came over to give me a hug. Very unsettling as my daughter is only 10

Hi Claire, The problem in the dream is the club atmosphere. When you go into that kind of atmosphere, there is practically nothing positive. The club atmosphere is the culture that exists pretty strongly in every aspect of modern life. It is loud, crowded with extraneous noise, people cannot get close because they are busy getting into an altered state so that they can forget about life, you get lost, and then you feel alone.
This is the culture your daughter is entering at age 10. You should be concerned about it. It is pretty frightening. The reason that you have the dream is so that you will create an alternative culture that is quieter, gives lots of positive space to people, where people can be real and vulnerable rather than protected and seeking altered mind states to get away. The club atmosphere is a like a church to people and your daughter is vulnerable to it. If a person goes into it, it is death to their soul. It is so great to have the dream because at 10 you can take steps to keep her out of that culture. The first step is for you to get completely out of it. You are part way out, but not fully. The Beatles tribute draws you in. What you have to think about is creating another more positive culture. Then it will bring new life to yourself and daughter. It won’t be easy because the culture is so strong.
Hi, I apologize for the graphic nature of this dream. Please help what does it mean?
Currently pregnant I dreamed of having two nose piercings. Because I needed to blow my nose I decided to take my piercings off. But in doing so my skin became loose and it was as if my bone and cartilidge of my nose fell out. There was some blood but nothing major. I tried to put it back in place after show my fiance and was successful, my nose was back to its normal shape and look. But he still took me to the hospital . miraculously I was still breathing through my nose fine. When we get to the doctor, somehow the cartilidge slipped out and I started biting/eating it. The doctor or fiance didn’t see this as weird but doctor proceeded to stitch up my nose. And that’s the end of the dream.

Nose piercings are what you do to your nose to draw attention to your appearance. The main purpose of the nose is to breathe, but you tend to focus more on the beauty end than the functional end. This will give you a lot of difficulties with breathing in life and having proper breathing space for your self. It is not bad to have beauty, but you need to see things what they are really for primarily and have ornaments only as secondary. It is really a thing women worry about a lot.

I had a dream of 2 big fish tanks I saw my man putting a bunch of baby fishes in these tanks the water was clear but beautiful I saw the color blue & pink what that means.

Hey…I m an Indian boy…my mom died some 5 years ago…..and she was of spritual nature…A few month ago I saw a dream in which she is in the wheel chair with no legs..looking like she is gone through some accident…We were in a Hindu temple of Lord kalli…there priest(pandit jee in hindu) put a red red soln. In my forehead which we called tika…but he put a white tika in my mom’s. ..forehead..which then I thought because that may be because she is widow….(but im real actually my father is alive)then the scenes changes to my terris…We both r sitting there she told me to carry her to a kalli temple whre I told her that I can’t carry as the temple is little far .so I told her to wait for brother he will come and we all go together in a car…which made her angry…and that’s the end…

Ho Pratik, The best way I can think of to work with your dream is this. Imagine that you have like a positive mother energy in you. This is the energy that nurtures your life forward in a positive way. Since your mother is gone, you are missing that energy. Inside of you that energy is handicapped, like being in a wheel chair that you have to carry up a temple.
What you need to do is to learn how to find the positive nurturing energy in you as if a positive mother figure were inside of you all the time. Lord Kali may be the wrong image for you because it is a destroyer. You need a nurturing figure.

Hi Gearda, When you are a child in a dream, it means that your being wants to be more child-like. You usually need to reawaken things like playfulness and curiosity. When you tried to be child like again at some point in your life, you got shot down, that is, you were put down by someone who probably told you that you were being childish, to grow up. It could be that you put yourself down also for wanting to be more playful, but usually it is someone else who takes life really seriously. The solution is to encourage yourself a lot to be more playful by believing it is sooo important.
I have had recurrent dreams where I am sleepy ans tired to a point where i am fighting to keep my eyes open. I strain to stay awake and my eyes are very heavy it’s hard for me to keep them open. Also I have to be someplace so I can’t rest I have to go. In one of them my husband asks me to care for my kids but all I want to do is sleep but I have to wake up keepy eyes open. The focus of m dreams is I am very sleey and I have to fight to keep my eyes open.

Hi Jay, When you push yourself a lot and don’t give time for your spirit and body to recover, you get a dream like this. It is as if you need to feel free to rest and recuperate so that you can do the things that are important for you in a more competent fashion. It usually means you are trying to do too much or believe you have no choice.
I recently had a dream that me and my son committed murder victim was a good friend which we haven’t seen in a few years haven’t seen in a few years in my dream I’m trying to dispose of the body which by this time I have put in a plastic bag and I’m debating whether throwing them away in the trash can or letting his mom know that we accidentally killed him and handing her the trash bag with his body

Hi Shazzy, Actually my experience is that the best way for bad to stop happening in the world is for people to unplug themselves from the process of going up the staircases of life. This means that instead of trying to help each other people spend much of their life climbing from one thing to another. Then they see themselves as higher and others as lower which allows them the belief that they can treat others below them in a bad way because they are so much less than them. Just unplug yourself from climbing.

Hi, I am selling my home where my husband passed 14 years ago and moving out of state.
Last eve. I had a dream where his graduation picture was in the back yard sitting up in the grass, wishing I knew what that meant. I have had a lot of things happen that let me know he is still around me over the years, I am hoping that continues and doesn’t stop because I moved.
